In the financial services industry, he rose quickly through the ranks at UBS, leading his sales team to become one of the top-performing offices in the state of Florida – in terms of both revenue and profitability. His experience in branch management has been incorporated into coaching programs for both firms and advisors. He stands out as one of the premier coaches for Wall Street firms, having built branch offices from inception.
After three decades applying his expertise to one industry, it was a natural fit for him to expand beyond financial services to work with a wide variety of vertical markets, serving top performers in all fields. Using his process of “Clarity, Focus and Structure,” Jay has helped to provide his clients achieve enhanced outcomes in their business and personal lives. He has helped new entrepreneurs raise capital for projects where his financial, science and business development skills interplay.

Jay holds an MBA in marketing from Baruch College and a BA from Hunter College in liberal arts. He has taught marketing and developed training programs for Florida International University and Miami-Dade College. He resides in Fort Lauderdale with his wife of 37 years, Darlene. He has two sons and a granddaughter that live in Chicago.
